Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings are processed and fulfilled by GetYourGuide and the respective tour operator.
  • Full payment is required at time of booking.
  • By completing a booking, you agree to GetYourGuide’s Terms & Conditions and the tour operator’s policies.
  • Booking confirmations and vouchers are issued by GetYourGuide.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by tour. Each tour listing displays its specific cancellation terms. Common policies include:

  • Free cancellation tours: Refund available if cancelled within the specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hours, or more before departure).
  • Non-refundable tours: No refund for cancellations, though date changes may be offered at the operator’s discretion.
  • No-shows: No refund applicable.

Tour Operator Responsibility

  • The tour operator (not this website) is solely responsible for:

    • Conducting the tour safely and as described
    • Providing qualified guides and equipment
    • Weather-related cancellations or modifications
    • Passenger safety and insurance
    • Handling complaints or issues during the tour
  • In case of adverse weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the tour. Refund or rescheduling options will be handled per the operator’s policy.
